A. Hall, Alma F, Hawley, Clerk. RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS On the 19th day of April A. D. 1923, personally appeared Alex B. King, before the Board of County Commissioners of Natrona County, Wyoming, and presented to this Board of Commissioners a petition, census and map showing the fol- lowing: That heretofore, an accurate sur- vey and map of the territory pro- posed to included jin the Town of Evansville, which said map was Beoracee and made by Albert Park, a duly licensed and practicing civil engineer and practical sur- veyor in the State of Wyoming, which said map shows that the pro- posed Town limits are as follows: A part of Lot T (2) and the Southwest One Quargr (SW%) of the Northwest One Quarter (NW%) of Section One (1) Town- ship Thirty-three (33) North, Rai Seventynine (79) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, stiu- ated in Natrona County, State of Wyoming, and containing One Hun- dred Forty-seven and 46.100 acres. ‘That there was also presented a census of the resident population, which census showed a_ population of Two Hundred and Seventy-five (275) persons and was duly veri- fied by the person taking the same. ‘That it was also shown to the satisfaction of the Board, that such survey, map, census and petition, all have been made pursuant to the law for the general incorporation of Towns, and there is actually within said territory the required number of people for the incorpor- ation of a town; that all the notices, formalities and requisites of said law have been complied with, and that due notice was posted in said territory, that a petition for the incorporation would be presented to the Board of County Commis- sioners on the 19th day of April A.
