VA ™ A community radio station to broadcast news, markets and musical concerts as an advertising medium for the city has been brought a step nearer realization by the organiza- tion of the Casper Community Radio corporation and the out- lining of tentative plans for financing the project through stock subscriptions. The stock would have no earning power. This is the report of a committee made up of members of the luncheon c'ubs of tho city and the Realtors submitted this weelc at organization meetings and there, is every indica- tion that the project will be gener- ally endorsed to tho extent that the NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 165, entitled “High School Districts,” of the Compiled Statutes of Wyoming of 1920, and all acts amendatory thereof or sup- plemental thereto, the board of trus-| tees of the Natrona County High School, State of Wyoming, a High School district duly incorporated and organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Wyoming, will receive bids for the purchase of tha negotiable school house coupon bonds of said High School District in the amount) of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) for the purpose of providing funds for the erection of a building for high school purposes and the equipment thereof, and for a suitable site therefor, the said bonds to bear a certain rate of in- terest, to-wit: five per cent per an- num, said interest to be payable semiannually on the first day of January and of July in each yet such bonds to be of the amow respectively and to be numbered and payable and redeemable as fol- lows, to-wit: Said bonds to be each dated Jan-) uary 1, 1923, to be numbered from one to five hundred, both inclusive: to be in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) each; bonds numbered from one to twenty-five. both inclusive, to be payable end redeemable January 1, 1924, and on January first of each and every successive year thereafter twenty- five of said bonds in consecutive number shall be parable. and re- deemable until all are paid, for the purpose of providing funds for the erection of a building for his school purposes, and for the equip- ment thereof, and for a suitable site therefor, in the City of Casper, the county seat of the government of Natrona County, in the State of Wyoming, in said High School Dis- trict; both principal and interest sWall be payable at the office of the county treasurer of the county of Natrona, in the State of Wyom-| ing, or at the office of the state treasurer of the State of Wyoming, as the holder of such bonds and in- terest coupons may elect. Said bonds shall not be sold for, Jess than their par value; and said issue of bonds has been approved by Wood & Oakley, bond attorneys, Chicago, Tllinois, and the sale thereof will therefore be made for cash payable as follows: $25,000.00 on the acceptance by the Board of the bid, and the balance on the de- livery of the bonds to the purchas- er, and the said board of trustees of said High School district, being hereunto duly authorized by statute | reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to sell said bonds at rivate sale, if it deem it for the Eas: interests of said High School District.
