With the money I would. get from selling equipment I could not use, I would buy, at a say- ing, the tools and machinery I really needed. Other farmers would need a plow or harrow or tiller or trac- tor or some other farm imple- iment that I might have to sell. On the other hand, they would have a planter or a harvester or ® wagon that I would want. I would find the farmer who wanted what I had, as well as the men who had what I wanted, through the Tribune Want Ads, Think of the money I could save by this trading—this buy- ing and selling at a profit, The Tribune Want Ads would be as profitable for me to use as for other farmers. And other farmers are using them now with satisfaction, | | | “| HELD GOOD SIGN The lot sale at Mills which is being staged by the Mills Canistruction com- pany is increasing with an accelera- tion that is indeed remarkable, and | many real estate men who have had large experience in the putting on of | such sales in various towns have been greatly impressed with the readiness with which buyers have takén up with this proposition. The consensus of opinion is that the speedy sale of the lots, large numbers of which have been disposed of, signifies a greater prosperity for this vicinity generally. The minds of the people are made up to this thing, viz., that Natrona county is destined for greater things. The advent of the new railroad, the | removal of the state capitol, the tom- ing in of factories, these will all ‘tend to make real estate values higher. Consequently there is an advantage in purchasing land in a place like Mills which is remarkable for the low rates on lots at the present time. It is unreasonable to suppose that these low rates will continue, ‘according to dealers. ‘There was never a time when things looked brighter for Mills because of these facts. Whatever benefits this part of the county will benefit that little place across the Platte river, adjoining the refineries. Meanwhile, the land sales are going on at @ rapid rate, largely through the publicity given them in the columns of the Tribune and through the fact that Mills real estate is what is commonly known as ‘‘a good buy.” Further announcem*+ts of the pro- gress of the sale will be made through advertisements in the Tribune, Oliver ‘Morosco’s big new produc tion, "The Half Breed” with Wheeler Oakman playing the title’ role sup ported by Ann May. On the same program will wb Buster Keaton in his newest and ac cepted as greatest comedy, “Th Patoonatic,” Here is a show that certainty ought to appeal to those seeking entertain- \ment.
