The auditorium of the Natrona county high schoo! was crowded to capacity Friday evening when the children of the West Casper school presented a delightful operetta en- titled “The Little Lanterns." A colorful Chinese . setting ombined with Chinese ostumes brought out the romantic. atmosphere of the Orient so necessary in the success of she production, The tale centers around the dispo sition of the estate of Prince Chan and the fact that it is te yo to the two daughters, only one of which Is known tu survive. W. ©. 'T. U. Meeting Fray Is Success. The W. C. T. U. meeting held Fri- @ay afternoon at the home of Mrs. W. H- Johnson on South Lincoln’ street was a great success. Business of importance was transacted and completed. The meeting was of In- terest to all members and was well attended. Funds for the Sunday school banquet which will be given Tuesday, January 23, at the Metho dist church were formulated. During the afternoon an interesting discus sion of “Law Enforcement” was held after which refreshments were served. eee Surprise Shower Friday.
