COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS Casper, Wyoming, December 18, 1922. The City Council of the City of Casper met in regular session in the Council Chamber in the City with Mayor W. A. Blackmore | preciding. On roll call the following were present, John J. Hancock, W. W. Keefe, John G. Jones, J. S. Pettin- gill, J. M. Whisenhunt, H. H. Price, City Clerk. Minutes of the last regular and suSequent adjourned meetings read and approved. Assessment Roll for sidewalks, curbs and grading for the year 1922 filed with the City Clerk by the City Engineer presented to the City Council for their acceptance. Moved by J. S. Pettingill. sec- onded by John G. Jones that the Assessment Roll be accepted, and the date to hear objections and} F thereto be set for remonstrance: January 22, On roll call ail voting aye, the Mayor declared said motion duly carried. Moved by John J, Hancock, sec- onded by J. M. Whisenhunt’ that the Street Commissioner be in- structed to purchase lumber to build a dwelling 12x18 feet to be used by the City employe at the City Dump.
