Pes The Secretary of the Interior in- vites sealed bids to be submitted at hig office, Interior Building, Wash- ington, D. C., prior to noon of No- vember 15, 1922, for royalty oil ac- , erving to the United Scates from leases on Government land within. the Salt ¢ oil field in the State of Wyoming and within the Cat Creek oil field in the State of Mon- tana, for a period of either five and, or ten years, beginning January 1, 1923. At present, the total Govern- ment royalty oi! from the Salt Creek field amounts to approximately 8,- 200 barrels and from the Cat Creek field 500 barrels daily. These amounts may reasonably be expect- ed to increase. Bidders fdr- royul:y oil from leases on Government land in the Cat Creek Field must agree to pur- chase the entire royaity oil accruing to the United States, but two or more peared bidders may submit agate bid for said Cat Creek roy- alty. In the Salt Creek Field, bids will be received for the purchase of roy- alty oil from Jeases on Government land in that field on either or both of the following proposals: (1) Cash royalties for all of the Government royalty oils from the Salt Creek Field, Cash royalties for fixed amounts of Government roy- alty oil ot age less than 2,000 be based upon the ported field “price in the Oklahoma- nsas field offered or paid for the major portion of the oil produced of the same quality. Bids are to be stated in terms of equality or of a differential in cents per barrel above or below the osted field price for OWshome: Pandas crude. The Secretary of the Interiwr may accept any bid which in his judgment is most advantageous to the Government, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.. Additional information regarding bids for Government royalty oils, can be obtained from the Bureau of Mines, Washington, D.
