Shall Casper have a new court house at some other site in the city so that Center street may present sn unbrok- en driveway from north to south? This is the question that the local Kiwanis club raiged at its meeting yesterday at the Henning. H. B. Durham, president of the club, was the speaker who told of the urgent necessity of such action. Mr, Dur- ham made it clear that the work which should be done in the Gourt house has increased so much during the past few years that an addition to the building is urgently needed. Such ar addition would mean that Center street would | be even more cut up than it js at present, according to the speaker. The present court house would be moved and would be turned into a useful headquarters for the American Legion or some other worthy organ- ization, if the plan as advocated was carried out.
