Be- fore yesterday's game both teams had the same standing in the series but Fast's defeat gives the odds to the West enders. The next game how- ever, will either shift things back to an equal footing or give the cup to yesterday's victors. East Casper’s five started with a rush and had piled up six points be- fore the ultimate victors had scored at all. Then West began tied the score by a desperate rally and forged ahead with a substantial lead. This lead was never overcome and though the losers were game to the end it was a losing fight. Katherine French and Lillian Wal- don, forwards for the winners, found the cage vith remarkable accuracy while Helen Lewis and Leta Ewing blocked the east side shooters with telling effect. Erma Lee played her usual speedy game. Gladyd Roush guard on the losing side, deserves mention for playing a clean and that neither was loaded. Miskell does- n't know whether someone was kid ding him or whether the warlike fac tions were kidding each other, He is still in possession of the guns and the county authorities are Plowing through state statutes to find some law that will enable them to enforce an honorable peace between the con- Aesting interests.
