SATURDAY, MARCH 18, 1922. Let’s Understand One Another, Folks This isa man’s proposition. We are not.asking for the widow’s pit- tance. Neither do we want the orphan’s mite. It’s a four-square, man’s size, dividend- petroleum project. Offering an unusual degree of safety plus the alluring advantages of a strike for mil- lions. With the foregoing in mind we request that you read on. on the Desenberg and Kirby No. 1 Wells, Roller farm plus the possible pr less source of revenue from whi quent dividends. The initial prod at'80,000 barrels per day. is icted the Roller No. 1 Well (24,000 barrels initial daily production) and Mr. Roller, resident aad neared manager of the Roller Oil & Refining Company. B The derrick has been removed from the Roller No. 1 Well to reduce-the fire-hazard, as-was done It’s the land owners’ one-eighth cost free ex-penseless royalty. Here Are Our Assets Full one-eighth royalty on 54-acre Rolier farm. The initial flow of-our well No. 1 was 24,000 barrels per day. This is being augmented materially by the flow from our other three producing - wells. This quantity will be authentically computed by the pipeline run. Intome from these three wells is now pouring into the treasury uf the Roller Oil & Refining Company. Hi Proper disbursement of our share of the proceeds from the oil from these three wells will be included in our next dividend, payable March 20. Room on this lease for many addition- al wells. The lease on the Roller farm -of 54 acres is almost priceless today and when the tract is drilled out our one-eighth royalty interest should yield a cost free expenseless net profit far in excess of the company’s capitalization. The 66-acre tract shown on the map is now being drilled. Other locations for wells made and derricks erected. One-sixteenth of all the oil from this tract is a cost-fxee expenseless asset of the Roller Oil & Refining Company, The 57-acre tract shown in the lower left hand corner of the map is in the vi- cinity of the Magnolia’s Stround well re- cently completed with a reported flush production of 5,000 barrels per day. The Atlantic Oil & Producing Com- pany, the Shafer interests and the Hum- ble Company have the leases, obligated to develop free of expense to the Roller Oil & Refining Company all the acreage in the foregoing areas and are by gon- tract and by law compelled to deliver the land owners royalty without cost or expense to the Roller Oil & Refining Company. eEsh Truly this is a rational enterprise.
