SATURDAY, MARCH 4, 1922. . €be Casper Daily €ribune Trapshooles Reilly— The Man His deeds have made oil history. The civilized world knows of the life and exploits of B, A. “Trap- shooter” Reilly. The Associated Press, the United Press and Uni- versal Service have told time: and again of the mighty oil wells he has drilled and the wonderful profits he has made for those who were asso- ciated with him. The whole world knows of the Trapshooter Oil Company which “Trapshooter” Reilly organized and of which he was president. company owned what was consid- ered the most valuable oil proreny in the world, a shareholder of whic’ made profits at the rate of from $4,000 to $31,000 for $100 invested andthe whole world recognizes, too, that the Trapshooter Oil Company was “Trapshooter’” Reilly. He it was who located the well for the Kentucky Company that re- sulted in the 4,000-barrel gusher on the Vick lease in Stephens County, in April, 1921, the first big producer in the Ivan district. He it was who secured the acre- age for the famous Cain No. 1 dis- covery well at Pierce Junction, Texas, for the Snowden-McSweeney Company, which resulted in one of the greatest wells in the Gulf coastal fields and opened up an- other Spindletop in July, 1921. His word is law and his opinions are sacred with the officials of the largest producing oil companies in the Mid-Continent tield. His name and the famous profits he has made for his shareholders and. associates have been used by hundreds of oil men since as an ex- ample. But not a one since that time has ever come anywhere near the record set by this mighty oil pro- ducer. “Trapshooter” Reilly has seen hundreds of others capitalizing on his name but not living up to his record, “What I have done,” says this man who has made it possible fér his friends to make fortunes, “I be« lieve I can do again—better.” TRAPSHOOTER REILLY Enters Home Stretch---Couch No. 1 By His Fruits You Shall Know Him—Trap- shovter Reilly Paid This Man $31,000 for $100 in Eight Months Invested $100—Took Out $31,000 in 8 Months fy that I invested $100.00 with F. a. 2 Mellly enigh actually paid we $3000.09, LAW ee t_hereby ce: (Trapenscte: in eignt ve State of Kanses County of Butler: Well at 2810 Feet-Rushing to Sand - a: I’m on the Home Stretch The home stretch of the first lap of my race for millions. My Couch No. 1 well at Wortham has attained a depth of 2810 feet. The log of the Couch No. 1 checks almost identically with the great gushers of the Mexia pool. : I believe, and I have every right to believe it, that the Couch No. 1 well will startle the world. I EXPECT TO SPUD IN MY SECOND WELL NEXT WEEK. It will be known as the Porter No. 1. I will drill this well upon 3,000 acres in Kaufman County, near the town of Mabank. You will share in the Porter No. 1 well as the Couch No. 1 and all future operations of the Trapshooter Development Company. I say you will share. But to share you must join me. You must league yourself with me; you must become an ally, in what I sincerely believe to be the great op- portunity for sudden riches in the world today. I am at the three-quarter post in a thrilling race for riches. Literally thousands of investorsin every nook and corner of this land are waiting breathlessly for the coming in of the Couch No. 1. The Couch No. 1 should bea well. When it comes in I will again experience the thrill of creating wealth and my shareholders should make a fabulous fortune. It is just a matter of days now to complete the Couch No. 1. I esti- mate it should make between two and five thousand barrels per day of flush production. The yield of the Meador well, straight north of my Couch No. 1, is reported to be increasing. THE COUCH NO. 1 HAS PASSED THROUGH THE AUSTIN CHALK AT A DEPTH WHICH INDICATES WE WILL HAVE GREATER PRODUCTION IN THIS WELL THAN THE MEADOR. Crude oil from the Meador well is said tohave tested about 50 specific gravity. I believe that my Couch No. 1 well is located squarely over the heart of the same great pool as the Meador. I am convinced that the Meador gusher defines the northern edge of the pool. TO RETURN TO THE PORTER WELL NO..1 IN KAUFMAN COUNTY. . : I WILL SPUD IN THE PORTER NO. 1 NOT LATER THAN NEXT TUESDAY. I will drill in Kaufman County with intense speed because I want to be the discoverer of that field. North of our location on the Porter tract the Hurhphreys interests are drilling or have located five wells. Within two months I am convinced a great pool of oil will be thrown open in Kaufman County—and I ati determined to bring in the first well if it is humanly possible. ‘ Acreage in Kaufman county is selling as high as $150 to $200 per acre, and the big companies are at each other’s throats to get it. People of Wyoming, join me without fail in this enterprise. Only a comparatively few of you had the opportunity of becoming my stockholders back in the hectic days at Eldorado. But now—you have but to make your decision at once and you are with me in the crowning enterprise of my career. The oil business pays millions. I am pushing perhaps the greatest development program ever undertaken by one man. This is by far the most exceptional opportunity you have-ever had to strike for your share of the great petroleum riches. In becoming one of my stockholders you are following a man who has proved to all the world he knows with fairly accurate certainty where the tee new pools are likely to lie, and knows how to make those pools yield fortune to himself and friends.
