\ ebe Casper Daily Ccibune : : SATURDAY, JANUARY 7, 1922, . PAGE FOURTEEN me Lees SO THE PEOPLE MAY KNOW THE MAN IN THE BARREL | CLOSING OUT SALE Has Got Some of My } Competitors’ Goats I was approached yesterday by representatives of the STAR CLOTHING CO., THE HUB CLOTHING CO., and THE SCOTT CLOTHING CO., in reference to my keeping my stores open evenings. Listen folks! Please understand me right, I run my business to please the public and Harry Yesness. It appears to me that my success in Casper is worrying some of my competitors. As long as I continue to serve the public satisfactorily I believe that is all is necessary. I have always carried only good, honest, standard lines of merchandise and have never gone to New York to buy any sweat-shop goods to unload on the Casper public. Every dollar’s worth of goods that has been sold in my stores always carry the guarantee of satisfaction or your money back. Almost every man in Casper will vouch for that. I am now employing nine people and have men working for me that draw as high as $62.50 per week. My policy is always “Live and Let Live.” I was threatened that my business would be made to suffer if I did not agree to do as these men asked me todo. Folks! Iam here in Casper to stay a long, long time and can look any son-of-a-gun in the face. My record speaks for itself.
