E. and the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce are negotiating regarding inclusion of plans for a modern theater of at least 1,500 seating capacity in the Elks’ home building project. The Elks re cently decided to build a five-story home in a central location. If the chamber of commerce proposed is ac- cepted the theater wili be included in the structure and the additional ex- pense financed through the chamber of commerce. The quilt has been made by members of the business girls’ class of the Methodit church and ts com-/ posed of good sized block each em- broidered in a flower wreath design | made of tiny French knots. The quilt} is outlined with a blue satiny ma- terial, is wool stuffed and has a blue sateen backing.
