Moss is reported by Sheriff J. J. Marty to have confessed to the murder of Louis Failer, a taxi driver at Cheyenne, Wyo., on March 4 last. Moss is re- ported to have implicated Alfred| Walker with whom he has been work ing on a ranch as his accomplice in| the shooting of the taxi driver. Walk-} er is also in jail here. The confession was extracted from Moss, the sheriff says, when he was confronted with a description sent by Cheyenne authorities after the killing there.
