The car was stolen from Casper by Clarence Mull, then a running mate Police Arrests Average Score Every Day Here During the month of June up to ® o'clock Monday night the police had maintained an average of nearly arrests a day or a total of nearly 250, and had collected fines approxi- mating $2,000, according to the reve- lations of the police records. Cullen of Casper was named state deputy of the Knights af Columbus at the second annual con- vention of the Knights of Columbu: which came to a close at Sheri- dan Monday. In taking the office. Mr. Cullen sutceeds M. W. Purcell, who retired after 17 years’ continuous serv- ice in this office both in Coloradd and Wyoming. Other ofticers elected included English, Sheridan, state F. Williams of Rawlins, state treasurer; Rt. Rev. Bishop P. A. McGovern of Cheyenne, state lain; James F. Cooper of Cheyenn warden; Walter Q. Phelan, state ad- vocate.
