"PAGE TEN - PUBLIC PROTECTED BY NEW LAW GOVERNING REAL ESTATE AGENTS sees Bond Required of All Licensed Operators to Guar- antee All Funds Entrusted to Care; Realtors Of Casper Aided Enactment of Measure /The last session of the state legislature enacted a law to govern real estate men and their salesmen which protects buyer, seller, landlord and ten: ant. The ‘firm must make application for licénse with the recommendation of 10 freeholders, accompanied with a sur- ety bond of $1,000 guaranteeing the faithful accounting of all funds entrusted to said real estate agent or his salesmen. Action can be brought on said bond by any person aggrieved. Each salesman of the firm must give a bond in the same amount.
