How- ever, it was cut down so'that the well only made about’ 400 barrels. On the northwest quarter of sec- tion 1-39-79 the Ohio Oil company and the Néw York*have a joint well in the shale that is doing a:nice produc- tion from a depth of 1,000: feet.
