NOTICE OF INCORPORATION. Notice is hereby given that the Western Machine and Supply Com- pany filed its Articles of Incor- poration in the office of the Secre- tary of State at Cheyenne, Wyo- ming, March 3, 1921, having for its object to engage in a general ma- chine shop, manufacturing and sup- ply business, and having a term of existence of fifty (50) years and a apital stock of One Hundred and ty Thousand Dollars ($150,000,, iivided into seventy-five = hun- dred (7500) shares, with five (5) directors, and the names of the di- rectors who shail manage the af- fairs of the company for the first year of its existence are P. E. Roe, J. G. Long, W. C. Critchfield, J. H. Bolner and S. E. Phelps. The op~ erations of the company shall be carried on at Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming, and may be car- ried on elsewhere within or with- out the state of Wyoming, and the principal office of the company shall be located at Room 19, Town- send Building, Casper, Wyoming, and J. Whisenhunt, sec- onded by C. M. Bryan that the re- ee be accepted and that the City ingineer be instructed to make a test run of fuel oil as recommend- ed by Finance Committee. On roji call members of the Coun- cil present voting aye the Mayor dleclayed said motion duly carried. A verbal petition by J. J. Allen asking that the City grant him per- mission to tap the water mains of | H. the City of Casper for a supply of ‘water to the new addition which he is laying out and offering for sale, presented. Moved by J. J. Giblin, seconded by Fred Van Gordon that the peti- tion be granted for water from the City mains and that all connections and installation of service lines be under the supervision of the City Engineer. On roll call all members of the Council present voting aye the May- te declared said motion duly car- ried. A petition by thirty persons ask- ing that the stagnant pool of water on Lots 15, 16, 17,and 18 in block 177 owned by Castle & Mechaley be filled, presented, Moved by C. M.
