Whereas, the hearing on the_as- sessment roll as filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Casper, Wyoming, on the third day of January, A. D. 1921, for the construction of sanitary sewers in those alleys and streets and portions of alleys and streets in Sanitary Sewer District No. 2-A in the City of Casper, having been set down and coming on for hearing at 2 < ock in the afternoon on the 21st day of.February, A. D, 1921, at the City Hall on’ Center Street in the City of Casper, and due notice of this hearing having been given in the manner and for such time provided by law, and the said City Council being called to hear all ob- jections to said assessment roll, and sitting as a Board of Equaliza- tion for the purpose of considering and acting upon said assessment roll and any objections thereto, and there being no objections to said assessment roll filed therein as provided in said notice, it was ac- cordingly ordered that 1 ess- ment roll be confirmed.
