Naturally, most of the fifty-three tiad to sleep on the floor whether they were well or, as it was in most instances, ill. “But this was not the worst hard-~ ship the little ones suffered,” reported the reli®f worker who discovered their plight. “They were on the verge of starvation, When I was there they had not had a full ration of bread for three weeks. More than half of them, also, were tuberculous, for un- der-nutrition is fast producing a race of consumptives in Poland.’” ‘To overcome this situation so far as SESSOOOOOO GOSS ESSEO OO OEE OE OES OOOOH ODOEDESOOESOOFOOY —~>— ‘Tribune sified Ads bring resulte may be and care for countless thon- The Season’s Greetings We wish you heartily the season’s greetings and assure you of our keen appreciation of Your good will and patronage. They establish the right kind of contact, and above all, they impart a feeling of confidence and good will, for they uncon- sciously assure you of the sincerity back of them. They are dignified. But when letters are gotten out on “one of those duplicator things” all this is lost. You play safe by hav- ing your work Multigraphed, and are the big win- ners inthe end.
