PLAINTIFFS GET $26,267 DAMAGE Judgment Awarded Against Mid- west, Hall Oil and Paul: Eddy in Lander Court Judgment of $26,267 was awarded last evening to James Barquin and Amelia B. Barquin in the first of two suits for $675,000 against the Midwest Refin- ing company, Hall Oil company, Glen- and Paul L. Eddy heard in the district court at Lander, Wyo., involving oil land in the Pilot Damage asked in the first case amounted to $300,000 and the ver- dict, including a straight award of 500 was divided among the defendants as follows: Hall Oil company, $1,088; Midwest Refining company, $23,828; Paul L. Eddy, $1, The court directed a verdict for the Glenrock Oil company, the other defendant.
