INVESTIGATION OF DEAD ANIMALS IRDERED HERE Failure to Bury Constitutes Se- vere Offense and Reports Say Natrona Men Are Liable Deputy Sheriff William Kyte hag re- ceived notice from the state board of} to health calling particular attention the Wyoming statutes which require the removal and burying of all deid animals and has been authorized by the county commissioners to make a particular investigation of all cases of dead animals in this vicinity waich may pollute streams or endanger health in any way. It has been reported that fifteen car- casses have been hauled to the vicin- ity of the pesthouse, near this city, within the last two days, and the per: sons confined in the pest house have entered vigorous protest. Special deputies have been author-' ized by Mr. Kyte to locate the per- sons responsible for this outrage, and if the carcasses are not buried within forty-eight hours warrants will be is- sued.
