The City Council of thé City of Cas- per met in regular adjourned session pursuant to adjournment of this date at the Council Chamber at the City Hall with Mayor B. H. Pelton, Jr., presiding. On roll call the following were pres- ent: Councilmen GC. M. Bryan, W. F. Dunn, M. L. Bishop, Karl C. Boyle,! Fred Van Gordon and Asa F, Sloane, City Clerk. The minutes of the last regular sub- sequent and adjourned meetings read and approved. A. L, Wallace offered the City of Casper Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for the old city safe. Moyed by C. M. Bryan seconded by M. L. Bishop that the offer be accepted. On roll call, all voting aye, the Mayor declared said motion duly carried. Moved by M. L, Bishop, seconded by Earl C. Boyle, instructed to draw of Hen L. Wh for Three Hundred and ° Fit Dollars ($350.00), and pay same him when he furnishes the City with a good and sufficient deed for lot No, Four (4), Block No. Fifty- seven (7) of White's Addition of the City of Casper. On roll call, all members of the coun- cil voting aye, the Mayor declared said motion duly carried. The Water and Sewer Committee re- ported that Gilbert Bros. would lower the water mains on Park street, Dover street and Ch nut street for the sum of $1.80 per lineal foot and all service lines on the above named streets at 80} cents per lineal foot.
