‘CONSOLIDATE EARNINGS LAST YEAR $099,607 Increase of 40 Percent Shown in| Annual Report Issued Here; New-Royalties Are Acquired The\second annual report of the Con- solidated Royalty Oil company for the year ending December 31, has been is- sued from the Casper office of the com. pan showing the earnjngs for the year to be $593,807 or a gain of 40 percent over the previous year. Total expenses for, the year were $9,199.33. | | | Last ar, the Consolidated Royalty company invested $286,759 in new yal. ties in both Wyoming and Texas. The income of the company shows that $274,170 came from royalties: $104,187 comes from associated companies, and interest on daily bank balances, $5,299. Dividends paid stockholders amounted to $244,675, The statement issued by President B. B. Brooks follows: During the past (year the company made substantial progress and has been most fortunate in its investments in new royalties. The total expenses for the yeur, including all field and geologteal ork, were $9,199. Considering our pilalization, the, wide range of our activities, the anount of monoy in- volved and the service given our two thousand stockholders, who receive their dividend checks regularly every three months, these expense figures speak for themselves. In fact, they are unequaled and unparalleled, and are only made possible by the fact that the officers and directors of the company serve without compensation and have cheer- fully cooperated in giving to the com- pany affairs the full benefit of their wide oil experience, knowledge and time. All are large individual stock- holders and the marked success of the company has been a source of great pleasure and satisfaction to them. “The company’s income from royal- ties is steadily increasing. Most of this gain is due to larger of} production, but from now on we will have the additional benefit of regent increases in the price of crude oil, which will very materially add to our royalty receipts. As our best oil lands in the Salt Creek and Biz Muday tields of Wyoming are less than 20 percent developed and as all our vast holdings of proven oil territory in the north central. Texas field are only five percent drilled up, there will doubt- less continue to be a substantial in- crease in the earnings for several years. “During the past year we have kept our geologist, W. H. Geis, constantly in the field and we now have accurate maps and reliable reports covering not only the best known western and south- ern oil fields, but also many prospective oigficlds, some of which will doybt- bie SS less. vroxe productive duvitiz the "year. We are alt makims-= S areful study of depletion and our - curate compilation of oil records, from many different wells in ious fields will in time give us a reasonable’ basis for ‘our depletion estimates. We ‘have invested this year $286,- 759.50 in new royalties and I believe the compuny has been yi fortunate in the purchase of these royalty inter- ests both in Texas and Wyoming. These new oil land holdings are full of un- developed possibilities. eerste W:U. MANAGERS GO TO DENVER - FOR MEETING Mr. and M HR. L.
