Millward, charged with the! theft of an automobile owned by Captain A. H. Dahlene, formerly of the Colorado constabulary, pleaded not guilty when raigned before Jud W. C. Mentzer of the Lar- umie county district court Tuesday. The tomobile is alleged to have been taken from Dildine’s garage and there is pending a suit by Dahlene to recover its value, $2,500, from the Dildine Garage company. It is intimated, however, that the defense of Millward and H. C. Coney and Charles Jones, alse under arrest for; the alleged theft, will be that they took the machine at Dahlene’s sug- gestion and were to notify him what disposition was made of it. Dahlene has not been in evidence since September 6th, when the news leaked out that the sheriff here was watching him and Mrs. Inez Craig of Cheyenne in an effort to catch them illegally transporting liquor from Cheyenne to Colorado. > SHERIDAN MAN NAMED HEAD OF FISH HATCHERY (Special to‘the Tribune) CHEYENNE, Wyo., Sept.
