[92 ARRESTS IN AUGUST, DISORDERLIES IN LEAD, DRUNKS CLOSE SECOND The Casper police department ar- rested 132 men during the month of August, according to the official report made yesterday. Of this num- ber, disorderly conduct arrests top- which brought money into the city treasury. Twenty-five men were arested for being drunk during the month. There were 14 arrests for fighting on the streets. Sixteen were put in the city jail for gambling as many more Were arrested for violation of the traffic ordinance. ; Five cases of investigation were reported during the 31 days of the month. Nine sleepers were arrested and practically all released with or- ders to leave the city.
