Notice 1s hereby given that the City Council of the City of Casper, Wyoming, will ‘issue and negotiate undef, and in accordance with, the provisions of Chaptér 129 of the Wyo- ming Compiled Statutes, 1910, 260 coupon bonds of said City, in the amount of $260,000.00, for the pur- pose of constructing, extending the system of water works, to supply said City with water for the extinguish- ment of fires, and for supplying the inhabitants thereof with water for domestic, manufacturing, and other purposes, such bonds to be dated the 30th day of Apri!, 1919, and to be of the denomination of $1,000.00 each, and shal] bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, in- terest payable semi-annually, pzay-| able at the office of the City Tre urer in the City of Casper, Wyoming, or at the Banking House of Kountze Brothers in the City of New York, State of New York, such bonds to be redeemable after fifteen years and payable in thirty years after the date they are issued, and such bonds shall be sold for not less than the par value thereof.
