The state of Wyoming will be en- riched during the coming five years approximately $3,000,000, accord- ing to the terms of an agreement recently made with the Midwest Oil -wupany, by which the cornpany will remain in possession of its lease on the state school sction 36-40-79, but agrees to pay the state one-third royalty en the entire production. Under the terms of the lease which will expire at the close of the pres- ent year the stete has been getting one-eighth royalty. Under the new lease which will go into effect start- ing January 1, 1920, the state will get one-third. The new lezse wil’ run for five years and during that ti it is ostimated that at least ,500,000 barrels of crude oil will be produced from this area. The oil will sell at a minimum average of $1.50 a barrel, with a guarantee percentage of 50 cents a bevrel for the state. In order to insure the increased production the Midwest Qil company arantees to develup the — entire acreage during the coming lease period. The section is already known 5, having the great- est production at the present time of any section in the state. Lend on all sides of ing heavily and it is expected that when it is thoroly developed it will set a record for production that will be hard to attain. Nepened we fight a German or a germ, ! we must put up a good fight, and not. |beafraid. The influenza runs a very! brief course when the patient is care- ful, and if we keep the system in good condition and throw off the poi- |sons which tend to accumulate within our bodies, we can escape the disease. Remember these three C’s—a clean mouth, a clean skin, a clean bowels. To carry off posions from the sys- tem and keep the bowels loose, daily doses of a pleasant laxative should be taken. Such a one is made of May! apple, leaves of aloe, root of jalap,! and called Dr, JPierce’s Pleasant Pel- |lets. Hot lemonade should be used freely if attacked by a cold, and the patient should be put to bed after! a hot mustard foot-bath. To prevent the attack of bronchitis | or pneumonia and to control the paiff, Anuric tablets should be obtained at the drug store, and one given every; two hours, with lemonade. The Anu- rie tablets were first discovered by Dr. Pierce, and, as they flush the bladder and cleanse the kidneys, they jcarry sway much of the posions and the uric acid. It is important that broths, milk, buttermilk, ice cream and simple diet be given regularly to strengthen the system and increase the vital resi tance. The fever is diminished by the use of the Anuric tablets, but in addition, the forehead, arms and s may be bathed with water (te- pid) in which a tablespoonful of sal- aratus has been dissolved in a quart After an attack of grip or pneumonia to build up and strengthen the sys- tem, obtain at a drug store a good iron ‘tonic, called “Irontic’” Tablets, or that well known herbal tonic, Dr. Pierce’s Golden Medical Discovery.—- Adv. ~ ~ If the Shah of Pe were to he deprived of his income he would still be one of the richest men in the world.
