IS Sateen THE CASPER DAILY TRIBUNE mee a PAGE SEVEN i , me. | MUONS: | LANCE CREEK| Acres choicely located in Ss Y N D : C A T E the famous Lance Creek Field | Offers a chance to all to participate in the pro- fits of lucrative producing wells. We expect to Holdings of the Lance Creek Syndicate THE LANCE CREEK SYNDICATE was organized to ac- quire and develop lands in proven fields in the State of Wyo- ming. With this end in view, the Trustees of this Syndicate have succeeded in securing a lease on 360 acres situated in what is now deemed proven territory in the Lance Creek field. This land is situated in the heart of drilling operations, and located in what is now considered to be the best in the field, being slightly south of the apex of the dome. While this pool was dis- covered in the fall of 1918, there are now more than 105 wells in the various stages of development in this field, and more rigs for drilling are being erected daily. Other Holdings of Extraordinary Value THE TRUSTEES of this Company now hold for the benefit of the Unitholders, acreage in the Alkali Butte Oil field, near Riverton, Wyoming, where two wells are drilling; also in the Richards field, Fremont County, Wyoming, where two wells are ’ drilling; the Bates hole where the Carter Oil Company is drill- ing; also considerable acreage of new territory east of .the Mule Creek structure, which lays about fifteen miles north and east of the Lance Creek field; also holdings in the Red Desert, together with acreage in the Poison Spider Lake field, where develop on our properties. Only 500 Units Will Be Sold at This Offering Management The Trustees and members of the Odvisory Board are all successful business men and will manage the affairs of this Syndicate with the same care they have given their own busi- ness. With such men in charge of the Syndicate affairs, and so situated as to be in direct touch with the oil business of Wyo- ming, a Syndicate having a policy of only drilling where pro- duction is most assured, of securing leases and _ holdings in structures that look and are favorably passed on by geologists of note, is it not possible to estimate what an investment of even Oil as an Investment We would like to state a few facts with reference to finan- cing by means of the Syndicate formation, which insures in this case a small capitalization, without watered stock or inflated valuations; quicker financing, and therefore speedier results. The Unit system appeals strongly to conservative business in- vestors, who realize that they possess extraordinary speculative possibilities, at the same time being sound and having a strictly business basis. For example, we quote the Mosher Syndicate, the units of which were selling for $100.00 each a few months ugo, and are not now obtainable at a price of $700.00 per unit, due to the bringing in of one well in the Salt Creek field. The one well is being drilled. & small amount of money might be to the investor? Oil, at best, is a speculation—not an investment in the true sense of the word. In oil, as in everything else, opportunities of good, bad, and indifferent characters are offered for the in- vestment of capital, and it behooves the speculator to follow in so far as is possible, the methods of successful and experi- enced oil operators when making his commitments. Company has been placed on a paying basis. They have nut in their time and money in getting large acreage together; in procuring reports of specialists; in putting up guarantees that drilling will be commenced and vigorously prosecuted, an? 2x- pect to get their returns from production. Now Is the Time to Buy Information or subscriptions will be given prompt attention at our office in the Oil Exchange Building, or by referring to our brokers. Now is the time to buy to get in on the ground floor. The more valuable Lance Creek is proven, the higher all units or shares will be in the various companies with hoid- ings in that field. DO IT NOW. The Trustees and the members of the Advisory Board of this Syndicate recommend the purchase of Lance Creek Syndi- cate Units to their friends. PROPERTY The holdings of the company are adjacent to the recent strike on section 3 by the Ohio Oil com- pany which virtually proves our Lance Creek holdings. OFFICES: 406 OIL EXCHANGE BLDG.
