City Council of the City of Cas- per met in regularly adjourned ses- sion pursuant to adjournment of this date, at the Council Chamber at 130 North Center street, with Mayor John F. Leeper presiding. On roll call the following were present. Councilman Wm. Kocher. Councilman W. F. Dunn. Councilman T. A. Dean. Councilman Perry A. Morris. Cc. M. Bryan, City Clerk. Absent: Councilman M. L, Bishop. Councilman W. W. Keefe. Minutes of the last regular and all subsequent, adjourned and special meetings read. There being no ob- jections or corrections same were approved. The question of improving the pub- lic park on Lots 14 and 15, block 4 near the Federal building coming up and after due discussion, it was decided to erect a rest room and comfort station thereon. Moved by T. A. Dean, seconded by William Kocher, that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to adver- tise for bids for the construction of a rest room according to plans and specifications with certain changes to be made, plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk. An aye and nay vote being taken resulted: 2 . Wm. Kocher, aye. T. A. Dean, aye. W. F. Dunn, aye. Perry Aé Morris, aye. Whereupon the Mayor said motion duly carried. by T. A. Dean that the Mayor be authorized to enter into a contract for the seeding of the public park located on block 81, South Center street and to have the same prop- properly marked. Moved by Perry A.
