Two hundred and seventy-five thousand shares. of the capital stock of the Mosher Oil Company will be issued in exchange for 275 Units of the Mosher Syndicate, in the proportion of 1,000 shares of stock for each Syndicate Unit. Stock issued in exchange on this basis is to be pooled . for a period of ninety days from the completion of organization and can not be offered for sale during the escrow period. ' _ Mosher Oil Company owns. a three-fifths interest in the North Half of Sec- ticn 16, Township 39, Range 78, in the Salt Creek Field of Wyoming, upon which there is now one producing well.
