PAGE.FOUR tani ROGK RIVER DEAL SOUTHERN PART OF STATE Rock River, the first town outside | the central part of the state, to ex-| perience a real oil boom has definitely established itself as an oil center, as reliable realty men who have been closely identified with the develop- ment of sper, Manville and Lusk, as well as other towns, which have advanced thru the agency of oil booms, have locatéd and are putting all their energy behind the growth of the small Union Pacific town. ‘ Among the reliable realty dealers who have identified themselves with, the new oil town and are standing sponsors for the community’s growth is Ross Lambert, formerly a well} known Casper realty operator. Mr. Lambert has inaugurated what is termed, the Commercial Addition to the town of Rock River, which ad- joins the town and lies between the swiftly growing little metropolis and. the new Midwest refinery site. | There are several blocks of choice lots in the addition paralleling the Union Pacific tracks on the north and lying within two blocks of the depot. The new addition is located virtually within the original townsite, and is located just two blocks from where at a recent sale two 25 foot lots were | sold to the highest bidder bringing a sum of 35,000. Attractive terms are being made by Mr. Lambert, who in conjunction with E. E. Fitch a prominent Laramie resident are putting on the’sale.
