THURSDAY; MARCH 6, 1919 o—_——_—_. | SOCIETY Lifetime Romance Ends Im Marriage Here, The happy culmination of a ro- mance which started years ago in Iowa, when the two pricipals were children, came yesterday evening when William H. Freeman and Miss Jessamine Hoover were quietly mar- ried at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson S. Kimball, Jr., on Park ave- nue. Mr. Freeman came to Casper re- cently from Audobon, Iowa, where he| engaged in business for a number of years, to take charge of the manage- ment of the Kimball Drug store here under Mr. Kimball. The bride ar- rived in Casper Monday, ostensibly for the purpose of visiting relatives, Mr. and Mrs. W. M_ Waldron, promi- nent residents of Salt Creek. Arrangements went ahead quietly with but a few of the friends of the couple being let in on their secret. The event occurred yesterday eve- ning, Rev. , Phillip K. Edwards of St. Mark’s Episcopal performing the geremony. [| The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Waldron, while Mr. Kim- ball acted as best man. The bride was lovely in an old rose taffeta and grey georgette gown and carried a) shower boquet of pink roses and | freesias. Following the ceremony an elabor- ate dinner was served for the newly- weds and the friends, by Mrs. Kim- ball. The happy couple will be at home soon to their friends at North Durbin street. Mr. Freeman is well known in Cas- per thru his visits to the Kimball home here. He has been a life friend of W. S. Kimball, Sr., they both hav- ing been raised neighbors in Iowa. Mrs, Freeman was a popular mem- ber of the social set in Audobon and will he a welcomed addition to Cas- per society. W. C. T. U. Meets on Friday Afternoon.
