It shall be unlawful for uny person who owns or keeps a dog within the limits of the City of Casper to allow said dog to run at large on the Streets of the City. Section 2. Any person owning or desiring to keep a dog within the do so by paying a license fee of three dollars ($3.00) per annum far each male dog and five dollars ($5.00) per annum for each female dog, such license to be paid to the City Clerk of said City on or before April ist of each year; and it shall be the duty of the owner of such dog so licensed to provide said dog with a suitable collar with a metallic plate or check attached thereto having the number corresponding with the certificate of registry inscribed thereon, and all dogs so registered and collared as aforesaid found running at large shall be impounded, and the owner subject to the same penalty as the owner of unregistered dogs. impounded under the provisions of this section shall be well housed, fed and watered. Section 8.
