THE CASPER DAILY TRIBUNE f ON CITY PAVING. Io NEAR FINISH Tar Gang Nears Second Street as Cement Workers Add Finish- ing Touches to Base for Top Surfacing — The paving is nearing completion. The cement workers today will reach the filling station as they go up Sec- | ond street toward the C. and N. W. crossing and all that will be left will | be the short stretch from the filling | station to the crossing as the cement | work, is done on the other side of the tracks. The bitulitic pavement is com-| pleted as far as Cunningham street on Pine which leaves but two blocks to be * laid before the tar gang reaches Second street. The tar gang lay about a block per day of the bitulitic pavement. When the tar gang reaches Second street the work will proceed faster as there are no long stretches to be laid at the cross streets as they are now doing on Pine and as they did on Center streets.
