And further alleging that plaintiffs are now in the possession of and claiming the absolute title to the following de- scribed premises, to-wit; Beginning at the south west corner of the north half of fractional sec- tion seven (7) in township forty- two (42) of Range thirty-three (33) running thence north on Missouri and Kansas State line, fourteen hundred and 15 (1415) feet; thence due east to the west line of the right-of-way of the railroad, known, now, as the Kansas City Southern Railroad; thence south easterly along the west side of said right-of- way to the south line of the north half of said section; thence west on said south line to place of begin- ning, all in Bates county, Missouri, and that they and those under whom they claim, have been in the open, ex- clusive, and undisputed possession thereof for ten years last past, prior to the filing’ of their suit.
