The jury in the case, of Irene Mudd vs. Maud Reinheimer, executor of the estate of Henry Reinheimer, re- turned a verdict for the plaintiff Sat- urday afternoon after several hours’ deliberation and assesSed her dam- ages at $1.00 and costs. Miss Mudd, who was an operator, for the Butler & Rich Hill Telephone Co. at Rich-Hill, one of the proper- ties of the Reinheimer estate sued for damage amounting to $2500 alleging that on account of improper wiring by defendant company she suffered a severe electrical shock from which she sustained permanent injuries.
