Henry Kolley, a negro, the self eonfeesed accomplice of Charles Alli son, who was found guilty of the murder of Philllp Frey, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of murder and was sentenced to 40 years tn th: penitentiary by Judge R D. W. Holder of the Belleville Cireult Court. Allison was sentenced to 25 years fn prison by a jury that had found him guilty of cutting Frey’s throat with a razor four years ago. The evidence introduce showed that the murder was planned by Allison and Kelley a week before it took place. Kelley confessed to furnishing the razor. with which the killing was done.
