One Man Died in Storm; Another Driven Insane. Durango, Colo., Jan. 21.—After feartul suffering, during which one man was frozen todeath and another went insane, the surviving members of a party that tried to open up the Bigg lumber company’s railroad from Lumberton to Elvado have, been rescued. Eugineer Redmond had both feet frozen and & number of the shovelers were frostbittin. Two Mexican shovelers started to Lumberton. One of them was frozen to death. The other was rescued by Indians.
