Gamble and niece, Mrs. R. M. Shroyer, came near meeting death in the turbulent waters of Walnut Creek last Thursday afternoon. The buggy was capsized and its occupants washed about 50 yards by the current. He is the son of J. W. Reisner, who for many years has held an assignment in the Departments at Washington. His many friends here hope tos e him attain that high position in law which his beginning so flatteringly promises.
