Springfield, @hio, March 15.—Mrs. Joseph Phillips and her two daugh- ters, Florence, aged 12, and Marga- ret, aged 7, were struck by a Big Four train this evening, while cross- ing the trestle west of this city. All were thrown into Mad river.
