Jefferson City, Mo, April 28 —}| Probably the most stringent of all | the anti-trust bills enacted into law} at this session of the legislature | passed the house late yesterday, and | with the approval of the governor | will become a law. It was intro- duced in the senate by Senater | Whaley and was drawn by Attorney | General Crow. It received 104 votes in the house. In brief, it provides a way by which the formation of trusts may | be stopped by injunction and confers the necessary power upon the courts | of the state. This bill completes the chain of law which this legisla- | ture has woven about the trusts | Three bills have been passed. One was the anti-insurance trust bill, a | second was a bill which provided a} means of compelling trusts organ ized in other states to appear in this state and giye testimony, and the third is the Whaley bill.
