Ths action, as we understand, is a polite invitation to all populiets who voted for Mr. Bryan to affiliate with the democratic party in the future to the attainment of the great ends for which we are battling, the restora tion of silver to its rightful place on an equal footing with gold as the coin money of the world. The invi tation to partictpate in cur conven tions is, of course, based on the assumption that all who teke part in the convention are in honor bound to eupport its nominees.
