Peter Horn, quite au old man, who recently moyed to this city from Kansas, died at his homa in West Butler, Wednesday evening of last week. His death was caused from acancer which made its appearance on his face about a year ago. One side of his neck and face was almost entirely eaten away and the rupture of an artery relieved him of his ter- rible suffering. Her father swore out the warrant Saturday, and the serious charge is made on account of the girl’s age. It is claimed Hardy has been intimate with the girl for some time.
