Minshall, of Walker, secretary. The annual report of the secretary and financial report of treasurer were which we are closing out so very cheap. Renick then de- livered his annual address, which set forth what had been accomplished by the association the past year, and was full of sound advice and good suggestions for its future success. It was an able address and was de- livered in a forcible and effective manner. Dr. Thompson read an able paper on “Simple stricture of lacrimal duct.” Dr. T. C. ‘Boulware read a very clear and comprehensive paper on “Impotency in the male.” Dr. E. N. Chastine read a paper on “Puerpercil Septicaemia.” Dr. Griffith reported a case of procidentia relieved by shortening of broad ligaments. He also called the attention of the association to a law passed by the last legislature, giving pauper bodies to physicians for scientific purposes.
