LOCAL ITEMS | —————————— Bates County Paupers, a | In company with Judges Neptune Ritchey and Sheriff Hanks, a repor- | ter for the Times Thursday last paid avisit to Bates county’s poor tarm which is located some three and one half miles northeast of this city.
