County Court Proceedings. The county acted the following business. ordered that the following accounts | be allowed and that warrants be is- | suad in payment of the same: Account of Geo. D. Henry, for support of paupers $12.50; cash paid tor office expenses $12.15; S. W. Frederick to taking lumber from Island bridge $34.00; the petition of B. F. Bolling et. al. fora public road dismissed. In the matter of the petition of T. T. Wemont, et. al. No. 161, for a pub- ~~ lic road, be and the same is hereby dismissed. It was further ordered that the Clerk of the county court do not grant licenses to dramshop keepers in vacation except within the limits of incorporated towns and_ villages, and als ordered that there be levied and collected tor each dramshop license hereafter granted, a tax for State purposes of $100 per annum, and for the county $100 per annum; on each billiard table a tax of $20 per annum for State purposes, and for the county $20; pool $10 tor State and $10 tor the county, and for wine and beer license $25 for the State and $25 for the county. For auctioneers a tax for six months for the State and county $10, and upon circuses and shows, a county license tax of $100. An appropriation was made to build a bridge across a branch near the railroad section 28 Mt.
