Shelso Making Good Bad Checks He Passed Bismarck merchants, who accepted allegedly worthless checks passed by Leonard R. Shelso, Minneapolis, here two weeks ago will have their money returned to them at 4 p. m. Tuesday, according to Chief of Police W. R. Ebeling. Thomas Burke, attorney for Shelso, will give the merchants face value of the checks at the police station.
