Wilkins, Agricultural Credit Inspector, Dies in Fargo _ at Age of 60 regional Agricultural Credit corpor- ation and a former Pembina, N. D., banker, died Wednesday. Bon in Ontario, Sept. 24, 1877, he moved to Drayton, N. D., as a boy. He got his start in banking there, later moving to Pembina, working there 29 years and becoming a stock- holder in the Merchants bank. He then joined the state banking de- partment, headquartering in Grand Forks, and six years ago joined the Agricultural Credit corporation and was transferred to Fargo.
