Tippett's Address Announcement of the program to be sung by the Bismarck Men's » Chorus Thursday night at the city auditorium as a prelude to the ad- dress by Rev. Donald H. Tippett, noted lecturer, was made Wednesday vy Ralph W. Soule, chorus director. Membership in the chorus has been Umited to 40 this year and the entire group is expected to be on hand for this first public appearance of the veason. The concert, which will precede Dr. Pickett’s address, will open with “Now the Day Is Over,” a song in the nature of a lullaby. Next will come “Dear Land of Home,” from Sibelius’ suite Finlandia, a song designed to give full play to the power and tonal harmony of men’s voices. This, in turn, will be followed by “Lo, How a Rose Ker Blooming” and the closing number will be “Bless This House,” a hymn with which the chorus has scored marked success in previous ap- Pearances, Soule said it is probable that the chorus will accept an invitation to appear in a concert at Napoleon as oon as a complete program can os prepared.
