Olson, as chairman of thé Bismarck commission, do hereby proclaim the week of Oct. 3 to 9 as Fire Prevention week and do earnestly “urge all businessmen and householders to inspect their own ; ruuniaes and remove therefrom all fire hazards possible, I further commend to the public complete co-opera- tion with the Fire Underwriters of the community that losses of both health, life and property may be reduced, that insurance rates may be lowered or at least not in- creased, aiid that Bismarck may stand in the forefront of those communities which recognize and effectively combat the menace of uncontrolled fires.
